AFX used the sponsor logos, livery details and body specs of the real life cars to create the
most realistic HO scale version possible.
The Swiss company, Sauber Motorsport, shot off the starting line when it was founded in 1970.
After its debut in F1 in 1993, Sauber carved out a name for itself. Not only were they one of the
few traditional, privately held teams in the sport, they set standards in the design, development
and construction of race cars to this day.
Sauber Motorsport conducts full and model-scale testing in the factory’s state-of-the-art wind
tunnel providing ground-breaking innovation in the field of aerodynamics. The company’s
evolutionary skill and artistry helped earn its induction into the exclusive club of teams to have
competed in more than 500 F1 races. In 2022, Sauber Motorsport celebrated 30 years in the
sport and continues to dominate both on and off the track.

The 2024 Sauber F1 C44 #24, driven by Zhou Guanyu alongside Stake 1 teammate Valtteri
Bottas in #77, is built with a lightweight carbon-fiber monocoque featuring a Ferrari-supplied
1.6L V6 turbo engine and a redline of 15,000 RPM. The C44’s most dramatic shift may be the
change from push-rod to pull-rod suspension, lowering the car’s center of gravity. That,
coupled with its aerodynamic features - revised sculpted sidepods and a complex front wing -
help maximize downforce while minimizing drag.
In 2024, Zhou Guanyu has solidified his reputation as a talented driver, showcasing strong
performances behind the wheel of the Sauber F1 C44. Zhou's resilience and racecraft have
enabled him to consistently challenge for points finishes, moving up the leaderboard with
increasing confidence. Zhou's future in Formula 1 looks promising as he pushes the limits of

5-Channel Receiver with Failsafe
The TQi 2.4 GHz radio system stores up to thirty models in memory, allowing you to use one transmitter for your entire RC garage. Integrated telemetry ports in the receiver transmit real-time data to the TQi transmitter when using the Traxxas Link App and telemetry sensors (sold separately). In the event of signal loss, the receiver automatically returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last steering position.
Waterproof Receiver Box

When cornering, TSM makes intuitive corrections to maintain the vehicle’s line, then hammer the throttle earlier in the turn for much faster exit speeds. The Slash 4X4 Ultimate uses just three gear meshes to drive all four wheels, eliminating the need for a multi-gear transmission. The highly efficient drivetrain spins effortlessly on rubber-sealed ball bearings, and is integrated seamlessly into the Slash 4X4 Ultimate's unique low-CG chassis for optimum performance and easy maintenance. The center driveshaft is formed from extruded aluminum and extremely lightweight, contributing to the Slash 4X4 Ultimate's right-now acceleration. There are no dogbones to wear, no drive cups to wobble and the shaft runs perfectly straight and true with superior rigidity and durability.
Low-CG Chassis
Slash 4X4 Ultimate's performance refinements begin with a dark charcoal gray low-CG (low center of gravity) chassis. The battery and electronics are held as deep in the chassis as possible to position weight low in the chassis. Arrow-straight, hard-charging acceleration with Extreme Brushless Power and 4WD requires a chassis that won't flex under load. To offer the necessary rigidity, the chassis is reinforced by integrated ribs that form a triangulated structure optimized for the loads imparted by the suspension and powertrain. Underneath, the chassis is ultra-smooth to reduce drag and prevent snags whether you're blasting through whoops on the track or blazing trails in your backyard. High-Capacity GTR Shocks
Traxxas GTR shocks represent the peak of suspension technology. The blue PTFE-coated aluminum shock bodies have 13 mm bores to hold over 70% more oil than the standard Slash Ultra Shocks and their slick titanium-nitride coated shafts resist scuffing, increase durability, and eliminate "stiction." The shocks are sealed by X-rings to keep oil in and dirt out for smooth, consistent damping, and plush suspension action, lap after lap. Between runs, spring preload and ride height changes are as simple as turning the threaded spring collars--no clips or spacers required.

Integrated Cold-Air Intakes

Rugged Skid Plates
XRT's three rugged skid plates key together tightly to protect the chassis from damage. The front skid plate was designed at just the right angle to kick the front end up and prevent digging into the ground when landing nose down.
